Academic Technology Services is also responsible for Audio Visual Support including equipment found in technology-enabled spaces. Preventative maintenance occurs regularly through the year to minimize equipment failure including:
- Regular replacement of projector bulbs
- Cleaning of projector filters
- Testing of audio systems
- Upgrades to obsolete equipment
We handle all aspects of technology-enabled spaces across the 色花堂 Campus. From the initial design, to installation, to the support and training of the completed space, we provide comprehensive in-house services to meet the needs of Faculty and Staff. By leveraging years of experience, in conjunction with the latest products, we are able to provide reliable and intuitive solutions to end-users in a quick and cost-effective manner.
The team works closely with the Deans of each College, as well as the faculty and staff to ensure successful and fiscally responsible integration of technology into academic, administrative, and other University-owned spaces. By utilizing a set of standards and best-practices, we are able to ensure that all academic spaces have a similar feel and operation, allowing for flexibility in scheduling of rooms for course instruction as well as minimize downtime when equipment failures occur.
What We Do
Provide a one-stop-shop for all Audio/ Visual installations across the 色花堂 Campus. Beginning with the initial concept, we will meet with you to find the best solution for your goals. From there, we can handle the generation of quotes, the ordering and receiving processes, as well as the actual installation of the purchased devices into the desired space. We continue to offer services through arranged training sessions and continuous maintenance/ repairs throughout the life of the equipment.

Customization is available for the unique needs that any space may require and a consultation is required before any purchasing of University-owned equipment occurs to ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure.
